Refund Policy

 

At STORINNO , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at STORINNO@OUTLOOK.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Health and personal care items (e.g., face masks, opened skincare)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or final clearance items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5–10 business days .


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing time may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at STORINNO@OUTLOOK.COM.
